@nsitharaman @cbic_india @IncomeTaxIndia Why not have a regular consultative forum with small business? Actually listen to business people and have high-level officials there to collate suggestions. Not a one time event but a regular one.

@nsitharaman @cbic_india @IncomeTaxIndia In US there was a "Paperwork Reduction Act." For every document the bureaucracy requires ask why they want it. You keep needing to file Article of Incorporation. One department wants copies of filings made to another department. Why? Get it yourself. Is this #EaseOfBusiness?
"IAS fraternity" does not understand what API access means. 😏 These kind of people make decisions.
When you don't understand the meaning of "public" but think public transport is their baap ka maal.😏 Taxpayers fund you. Public services should provide APIs so that entrepreneurs can build Apps. Much better than what overpaid "public servants" will build.

Utter madness. You can’t even close a company in India. @FinMinIndia requires that company have no business for 2 years to close it but still requires photos of office and filings for those two years. How can a closed business have an office? Madness.
Every over-regulated bureaucratic mess has some “justification.”
