The community organizer president radical is running a third term from a veritable bottomless pit of radicals in Washington 2 miles from the Whitehouse. Organizing for action. Sedition. Treason.

To claim another is "voting against their interests" is the most asinine claim to make.

Most assuredly, the issuer has zero idea what the other individuals interests actually are.

Anyone making such a claim should really state it more accurately... "you voted against my interests"

Some are interested in cradle to grave big brother... Others are not. #justSaying

Folks only make an ass of themselves by assuming...

1/ Gerrymandering has backfired for Republicans in Dallas County.

Republicans had hoped to keep a majority of Texas House seats there when they redrew district boundaries.

Now, they hold onto only two of 14.

#VoterSuppression has been a big part of the story of this #Election2018, with attention focusing on the statewide issues in Georgia and North Dakota in particular. We should also remember that voter suppression is--and always has been--especially potent at the local level.
Efforts to remedy discrimination often take the form of state or federal laws, which can distract us from the fact that the problems them aim to rectify very often originate with the block captains, poll workers, and local party bosses who intimidate potential voters.
Voter suppression was endemic in the Jim Crow South--the Klan, Citizens Councils & other whites terrorized African Americans who registered to vote, voted, or ran for office. The Civil Rights Act of 1965 was a federal response to that systemic disenfranchisement.

The 2016 presidential vote and 2018 midterm elections solidifies, for me, that the black vote will always remain consistently progressive/do the right thing. We never miss a beat. Folks have already said this, but the left needs to start focusing exclusively on voter reform.
No one really needs to lecture blacks folks on the importance of voting. They just need to make it easier, more accessible for us, and eliminate prisoners losing their vote. Their lectures need to be aimed towards white women and Latinos, collectively.
It might be impossible, but white women need to be convinced equality is more beneficial to them than white supremacy (which is a hard sell) and non-white Latinos need to be paid more attention to (white Latinos are going to consistently be a lost cause).

THREAD: Return to this thread throughout the night for breaking updates on adult-use legalization in Michigan and North Dakota, and medical cannabis legalization in Missouri and Utah (and well as a number of other significant cannabis-related efforts across the US).

1/
Democrat @CharlieCrist won re-election for the US House in Florida's 13th congressional district.

The cannabis connection? Crist held a roundtable in August with @Surterra to drum up support for a bill to provide federal employees and vets access to medical cannabis.

2/
Republican @mattgaetz has won re-election to U.S. House in Florida's 1st congressional district.

Gaetz has become an outspoken pro-cannabis advocate, both in Congress, and in his home state of Florida.

People keep asking me about the Democrats doing well recently in #earlyvoting because they are catching up in my "Change in Rep-Dem vs 2016." This isn't true. The Dems are not doing well. Let me explain...
#MAGA #election2018
If the Republicans do 10 points better than the Dems in the "Change in Rep-Dem vs 2016" in the first million votes but then the Reps and Dems tie in the second million, the result moves from R+10% to R+5%.
#MAGA #election2018 #earlyvoting
That doesn't mean the Dems did better. In fact, the Republicans help their lead. But with a larger denominator, the Republicans no longer have the same percentage gain despite having the same nominal gain.

Notice how the Fonts on the Packages were Extra Large, Computer Printed and in Bold. This makes them easy to be filmed and Broadcast to push the Democrat Narrative.
The Devices: Standard components arranged to simulate explosives yet were basically harmless. Once again PERFECT for MSM Broadcast. FYI Digital Clocks all contain Batteries.

3. I am not ok with sitting by in denial while our planet faces certain peril and our children face uncertain futures for small economic gains from blind deregulation. We should be leading the world in our quest to stop climate change and protecting our precarious environment.
