The employee can withdraw employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) -
• At the time of retirement (On or after 58 years of age)
OR
• If unemployed for two months or more
OR
•Death before the specified retirement age

• A person can withdraw 75% of his or her provident fund if unemployed for more than a month
• The remaining 25% of the corpus can be withdrawn after 2 months of unemployment

1. Marriage/ Education- served for Min. 7 years- can withdraw 50% of employee’s share + interest
2. Medical Emergency- Any PF Member
3. Construction or purchase of the new house- served for min 5 years- can withdraw 90% of the PF Balance

Indian #tech firms have spent $396 billion in US sales output. This supported 1.6 million jobs in total and contributed $198 billion to the US #economy, which is larger than the combined economies of 20 US states in 2021, according to a NASSCOM report.
The sector directly generated $103 billion of revenue in the USA, while employing 207,000 people last year. The Indian tech industry created an average wage of $106,360 for the #employees in the US, according to the report.

The @NFIB #survey doesn't get much #media attention, but it should. Small businesses make up almost 70% of #employment and their #confidence tells us much about the #economy and #smallcap stocks.
