While Ngige is busy selling them out, APC is actively campaigning. In order to improve public universities, #ASUU is always prepared to go on strike till after the election. #OsunDecides2022 ought to serve as both an eye-opener and a hint to them.

#ASUUStrike
The APC should see to it that the ASUU strike is called off and extend its regrets to the lecturers as well as the students. They are outraged. It's revenge time in 2023.

This incessant ASUU strike in Nigeria would have been solved and forgotten years ago if all public officials from counselors all the way up to the president were mandated to send their children to public schools in Nigeria!

#EndASUUStrike!
We are not yet angry enough to demand for the actual solution to this madness and that is why we will continue shouting #EndASUUStrike almost every year. We need to get to the stage of telling them If they cannot send their children to public schools then they have absolutely no
business holding public office. We don't care about your wealth or not before entering govt. But if you're coming in, then be rest assured that your kids will be going to the same school as those of mama nkechi selling akamu on the streets.

Since this is for “Dr”, those of us “unlettered” like my humble self are of the opinion that the problem isn’t about ASUU & govt so your protest should rather focus on educational reform

The current funding system of our public university is unsustainable twitter.com/i/spaces/1gqGv…
It’s rather unfortunate that none of the contributors have made any reference to the contents of the ASUU and FGN
Lecturers on the space are lamenting inadequate staff in their depts when there’s defined no of academic personnel required in each dept for accreditation

So who were the people that accredited the course?

1. It's difficult to say the truth about events in Nigeria but as a believer in the prosperity of the Nigerian project, I'll dig into the truthfulness of the #ENDSARS even though it'll meet an unpleasant place in the body of some so-called Nigerian youths involved in the protest.
2. The protest when officially began was to detest the brutality and harassment by the SARS unit of the @PoliceNG Nigerian police force.

If you get angry, very defensive & abusive because anyone criticises illiteracy, poverty, Universities/Polytechnics being shut down for months, then, you need your head examined. Because every sane Nigerian should be pissed off at the level of poverty & illiteracy in our nation.
The call to #EndASUUStrike is not political & I am impressed the opposition parties haven't made it a political issue. What I am disappointed in is the fact that in an election season, Universities and Polytechnics have been shut down for 3 months and it is still not a priority.
In a sane country with progressive minds and followership that holds the government accountable, Buhari will not even have the mind to say a word in any campaign rally without first of all dialoguing with and resolving this ASUU mess.
