2. When Apollo Mboya secretly settled Petition 6 of 2018, he was awarded costs to be paid by @KenyaPower & @EPRA_Ke. This is in addition to an amount he allegedly received to kill the case focusing on the theft of OUR Sh10.1B by KPLC.

3. #EnergyJustice6 sought to revive the case in court because Apollo should not have settled it privately. This is about high bills, vendor cartels & thieves.

b) domestic ordinary (more than 100 units/mth = Sh15.8/unit)
You MUST average either less or more than 100 units over 3mths to stay in a category.

3. WaKenya: so, if you are "lifeline" (Sh10) & by bad luck you exceed your 100 units - say to 110 units - on 1 of the months but on the other 2mths you were at 99, your 3mth average will be 102.6 units/mth.
