For those in doubt we found the list of everyone that attended State Dinner then looked up every name, the only names that I was unable to put a face to were Hugo Verges and Benedict Wolf.
@Nellie_0hr then brilliantly found two photos of Hugo it is very clearly him down to the glasses.
