Planners, #policymakers, #gis and #dataviz people of twitter, @TrivikV @mikhailsirenko and I released a new #opensource project: CityAccessMap. It's an open source #webapplication that visualizes urban #accessibility insights for almost every city in the globe 🌐.
🧵1/6
The web-app uses #OpenData to visualize access to a variety of #essentialservices. By considering where people live, CityAccessMap measures how much of a city's population has access to things like transit/bus stops or health facilities. The app is entirely customizable.

The user can switch services on and off. Here's an example of accessibility to pharmacies, clinics, hospitals and other health services in Lima, Perú.

I support the #JantaCurfew but any self isolation is not possible unless the Government extends the "Statutory Due dates" of Income tax and GST. I urge @narendramodi and @nsitharamanoffc for #DueDateCurfew #VivadSeVishwasScheme2020
The US and Canadian Govt states that "Taxes should be of the least priority at this stage" while the Indian Government in last 3 days is sending SMS, Email and Phone calls to all the taxpayers which clearly lacks empathy.
@IncomeTaxIndia , we want #DueDateCurfew
(1/3) My simple Questions to our Honourable PM @narendramodi and @FinMinIndia is

1. What is the need for hurry in implementing the #VivadSeVishwasScheme when the delay of 45 days was attributable to Government ?

An order was released on 25th January 2020 by the administration of J&K allowing internet access on 2G for 301 whitelisted websites. We asked a user to access some whitelisted websites on 2G.
This is what was found.
#LetTheNetWork #KeepItOn #JammuAndKashmir
The user first tried to access the website of Jammu and Kashmir bank. All of these websites were accessed on a 2G connection.

Second website was Paspostindia.gov.in
Most websites took too long to respond and the user received a Time Out error. This was the UIDAI(AADHAR) website which didn't open. #Governmentservice
