Hola, @LourdesPaucar_. Entendemos la carga tan negativa que lleva la palabra "estrés", pero, el estrés en sí no es malo. Es una reacción fisiológica de nuestro organismo ante situaciones de peligro. Un subidón de adrenalina (una de las hormonas del estrés) que nos pone en alerta.
El problema es cómo controlamos el estrés y nuestra tendencia a agobiarnos demasiado (y que la sociedad ha impuesto muchos detonantes de estrés en nosotros que realmente no son necesarios).
