Interesting foot note to this: McCabe before becoming Dep Director of FBI led the National Security division of FBI. McGonigal was Section Chief of Counter Intelligence at one of THE two biggest FBI Field Offices. Prime targets for recruitment as spies.
Another interesting footnote is McCabe’s tangential connection to Michael Hayden & other leftwing intelligence community persons involved in disinformation, subversion & domestic intelligence operations. After leaving FBI, McCabe landed at George Mason Univ. Image
It just so happens that George Mason Univ is home to the Michael V. Hayden Center for Intelligence. Image

This is REALITY. This is why the men who founded America hard-coded the Second Amendment in to law via the Bill of Rights: they knew one day we would have to do what they did, & wanted that ability/right protected.
This is what gun control is REALLY about: denying the American populace this capability, this protection.

Its not about safety.

Its not about saving lives.

Its about control.

Control of America, & no ability of Americans to fight back or protect themselves.
Recently Americans in the mainstream just started becoming aware of the FBI’s long history of inventing, planning & carrying out false flag terrorist attacks against American citizens.

INFOGRAPHIC🔎Timeline of @FBI’s #FISAAbuse in Trump Campaign Investigation

#EpochTimes provides a comprehensive timeline of details from the #IGReport, describing how the #FBI rushed to #Spy on the Trump campaign and the flaws in its case.

In its pursuit of establishing #Surveillance on the Trump campaign, the #FBI turned its attention to @CarterWPage in the spring of 2016, culminating in the issuance of a #FISA warrant—which allows for some of the most intrusive #Spying methods on an US citizen.
As part of this process, the #FBI relied extensively on the flawed #SteeleDossier, leading an @FBI legal counsel to note that this was “essentially a single source FISA.”

In a newly unredacted footnote from the @JusticeOIG #IGReport on #FISAabuse, the urgency behind the @FBI obtaining a #FISA warrant on Trump campaign adviser @CarterWPage becomes clear. (Thread👇)…
In the #IGReport, #Horowitz detailed a last-minute flurry of activity that transpired ahead of the issuance of the @CarterWPage #FISA, including a possible intervention from then-Deputy @FBI Director McCabe, to push a seemingly reluctant #DOJ official, Stuart Evans, for approval.
“Footnote 276” was initially redacted in the #IGReport, but was declassified, among other footnotes, following a request from @SenRonJohnson and @ChuckGrassley.

In the declassified footnote, IG #Horowitz elaborated on the urgency behind #LisaPage’s communications with #McCabe:

This unfortunately makes it harder to prove that the errors in the @carterwpage FISA were because of malfeasance specific to his case. #FISAAbuse
They attempted to review the Woods File of 29 FISA Applications. Of those 4 were missing & of those only 1 of the 4 could be proven to have existed. So 3 of 29 may not have even had a Woods File produced.
It has long been a part of FBI culture to let agents bend the rules to help them get the bad guys, because they hunted bad guys who followed no rules.
But it also allows them to go after people they mistakenly believe are bad guys without proper safeguards.

The most noteworthy item bars the @FBI and @TheJusticeDept officials who were involved in the controversial #Wiretaps from “drafting, verifying, reviewing, or submitting” new #FISA applications while their actions are under review.
The @JusticeOIG flagged #FISAabuse in the wiretapping of @CarterWPage. The #FISA Court and #DOJ have determined that at least 2 of the 4 wiretaps against Page were improper and are invalid.

THREAD: Every single Democrat on Senate Judiciary spent years peddling lies denying #FISAabuse to advance their anti-Trump narrative.

Dianne Feinstein: “Not a single revelation in the Steele dossier has been refuted.”

Patrick Leahy: “Rank and file national security professionals within the FBI and DOJ acted appropriately when obtaining a FISA warrant for Carter Page.”

Dick Durbin: “In fact, the [FISA] court was advised that there was a political source to it.”

The focus of the #IGReport was #FISAabuse the IG identified “at least 17 significant errors or omissions” in the #FISA warrant used to spy on @CarterWPage.

Although many media organizations are trying to focus on the IG’s finding that the @FBI was within its rights in opening the initial counterintelligence investigation, it should be noted that this was not the focus of the IG’s investigation.
However, Horowitz did note that he had material concerns about the @FBI’s legal ability to open an investigation into the campaign of a presidential candidate:

The #IGReport highlighted several different areas of misconduct and identified a number of errors.

Let's take a look at the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court ruling that the FBI's use of FISA 702 Queries was unconstitutional violating the 4th Amendment and the FISA statute. This thread will look at the DOJ process of 'auditing' FBI compliance with FISA minimization rules
In the past the DOJ National Security Division gave the FISC a less than clear level of transparency into how the FBI used FISA 702. But in April of 2018, the Trump DOJ gave more details & lead the court to not like what it saw! Leading them to rule it unconstitutional.
First the FBI is running more than 3 million queries per year! But they are only auditing about 10% of those queries to ensure compliance with FISA. Which might be adequate if there were good processes in place, but it gets much worse!

Here's some questions for those who believe #QAnon is bullshit:

Why is it that l research I did prior to Q arriving on the scene corralates with info Q drops?

Why is it that my writing/vlogging/podcasting Q drops/my research that I am actively silenced WHILE RECORDING? (Con't)
Why is is that the app I use to record and the app I use for podcasting no longer recognize my mic, despite uninstall/reinstall?

Why is it that I was silenced after reading the title of a Senate presentation on Civil and Human Rights in America?
For reference and recommended reading (10 pages long)…

This obviously contains important info that douchebags want you to remain ignorant about.

THREAD I cut a lot from my #FisaAbuse piece @FDRLST today b/c it was clouding up the new news. But since I already drafted it and have the links at a ready, let's recap all of the incidences of, and evidence of, FISA abuse as backdrop for today's piece.… 1/
2/ Nunes memo stressed FISA application & three later renewals) failed to disclose DNC/Clinton campaign funded Steele dossier; FISA applications also did not inform court of Steele’s bias & desperation that “Donald Trump not get elected.” Additionally, Nunes faulted DOJ for
3/ relying on a Yahoo News article in FISA application to corroborate Steele’s
supposed intel since Steele source of Yahoo story. Nunes further charged DOJ and FBI abused FISA system by relying on Steele’s claims when corroboration of dossier
was still in its infancy.

👁‍🗨ODNI released FISA compliance for December 1, 2016-May 31,2017. The tedious report, not shockingly, claims everything was swell and everyone did great but also manages to contradict those claims. Bureaucracy never ceases to amaze. Here’s a few highlights..
By far the most interesting bit is this note: compliance incidents conducted by FBI linguist (Nellie is that you?) Government has concluded its investigation, there WAS noncompliance but @ODNIgov has YET to tell the FISA court? What’s the hold up Coats? #FISAabuse
Jumping to the other fascinating note: looks like only recently NSD and ODNI will finally be able to review CIA’s written justification for requests on U.S persons. Is this why Brennan was edgy today? (report released the 4th)

So, what were @realDonaldTrump & @carterwpage trying to tell us with these tweets about the Trump Tower Starbucks. #Spygate #FISAAbuse Let's consider the scope of this potential surveillance tool, the Starbucks Wifi!
This Starbucks is located in the lobby of the Trump Tower, and Carter Page's tweet indicates he frequented this location, as his office was across the street & connected by a walkway to the tower.
It is located beside the escalators that provide access to the retail locations within the building. Which may be very important. This appears to be a very high traffic area. Looks like it is located directly inside the public entrance & 1 floor above. 2nd pic is from Starbucks!

1) I think I've figured out the dates the FISA documents were signed. All 4 of them.

The #FISAabuse comes down to these 2 pages. The redacted dates really bothered me so I started to do some digging. Follow along, and blow holes in my thinking.

2) Side note, a redacted "Supervisory Special Agent" signed off on the #SteeleDossier, representing to the court that it has been verified for accuracy. Very annoying redactions.

Anyway, I started with Oct 1, which it can't be because 90 days takes it to Dec. Same for Oct 2.
3) 2nd authorization was in January. Redacting the date is a sign, I suspect there is an open source connection that can be drawn by knowing the dates and they want it keep private.
