La Liga president Javier Tebas says it is 'depressing' that UEFA & PL have taken too long to investigate Man City after his initial complaints in 2017.

Adds his complaints about PSG and Man City could extend to Man United if the Qatari buyer wins the bidding war. #FTFootball
Tebas also says Barcelona were unable to sign players in January and will be unable to sign them in the summer.
Tebas is trying to show how La Liga is willing to punish Barca quickly while PL is slow to show their hand on possible Man City beaches.

He's not wrong, but that comparison neatly illustrates how the strong views fans have about the direction of football are centred on that very point:

They see football as much more than business, fulfilling social and cultural needs more than just the inevitability of economics.
The big clubs now see themselves as corporations, so they're focused on maximising & stabilising revenues.

They don't care if other clubs are marginalised along the way, they see it as inevitable, much as Coca Cola doesn't lose sleep thinking about independent soft drinks makers
