Die Menge an finanziell höchst lukrativen Job-Angeboten, die ich bekommen habe, nach dem ich vor ca. 2 Monaten erwähnte, dass wir das Problem geknackt haben hat mich komplett "überflutet" und es fiel mir (kein Bitcoin OG) sehr schwer, meine Prioritäten sortiert zu bekommen.

PREAMBLE: I follow a few traders and investors, the first being Assad Tannous (@AsennaWealth). His posting of trading setups & willingness to explain his process was intriguing. As a former accountant, I can do fundamental analyses all day long to pick the investments I like.
What I lacked was a way to get the timing right, meaning potential 30-50% returns instead came in at 10-20%. A technical trader sharing his insight and expertise, and watching the banter between him and other traders, was an opportunity to learn and improve for free. #thanksassad
Software architecture is in crisis, and the way to fix it is a hefty dose of anarchy.
Some lay the blame for this on @boicy with the whole microservices thing.
(Admittedly, @nicolefv, @jezhumble and @realgenekim didn’t help when they statistically proved that he might have been onto something with all that de-coupling and team-alignment…)

Not an odd belief as such. But I've pretty much lived in 1 bedroom apartments all my life. And I'm social animal who hosts a lot. So there's always been a bed-dressed-as diwan in my living room. Not "day bed" or pull-out-couch cos they aren't as comfy. Proper living room bed.
Started off kinda ad hoc in my first own "adulting" home, which was a 1 bedroom in Bombay. Landlord had left an extra bed. I put it in the living room with some nice pillows. Bombay so people kept visiting and staying over. Turned out to be a great asset for those visitors.
Next home was State College, PA during PhD. A friend had an extra mattress and box set. Did the same. Again, great for hosting friends from all over the northeast. And the practicality of the idea jumped even more in a Manhattan 1 br. Some slept months on it! Living room bed #ftw

Working on a couple prototypes including a stapled one for people who don’t have access to sewing materials. (wash that one in a lingerie bag though)
Used a sewing machine but could easily be hand sewn. Just sewed a piece of wire from chinese takeout container cut to 3 inches, ends bend over and wrapped with electrical tape at the center of the fold for nose. Then folded up inside and sewed two sides to make pocket for filter.

On the sidenote: it is amazing were we landed with pushing compute to commodity. I got it up and running for them in 15 min. #Office365 and #AzureAD #FTW!

my two favorite classes at @StanfordGSB were touchy-feely and supply chain management. as it turns out, these are the perfect foundation for leading a @girlscouts troop through its first Cookie Season. 🤔🤣😱

#troop61691 girls are earning money so that ongoing activity costs ($30 camping skill workshops, $60 robotics classes, $120 overnight events, etc) are covered for everyone...and no one gets excluded because their parents couldn't write a check.
