Marijuana banking legislation (the SAFE Banking Act) included IN the House version of the defense bill is NOT in the final version. 
Final #FY23NDAA "includes a provision that would require the Secretary of Defense to rescind the mandate that members of the Armed Forces be vaccinated against COVID-19."

So far, 1,213 amendments have been filed to the #FY23NDAA ahead of this week's House floor debate. I suspect that figure is a record.

TOPLINE: Progressives Barbara Lee and Mark Pocan have a pair of amendments to slash the NDAA’s price tag.
