Oceana starting us off, they're from Scottish Trans which looks to improve rights for trans people in Scotland.
Saying that trying to tackle the NHS as a whole is a huge task so focussing on specialised services is more manageable

Scotland is behind the rest of the UK in the way it handles trans issues in terms of health care especially sexual health care.

Excited to hear from Peter today.
Peter himself was a homeless drug user and decided a few years ago to go out and try and help those in the position he was once in.
He says that the @scotgov is digging it's heels in and refusing to open safe consumption rooms which could save

Peter got to go to Denmark and see the now funded safe consumption van they have their.
The goal by 2021 is to have a sanctioned safe consumption room in Glasgow to help the 500+ drug users that exist.

Starting my day of the #FastTrackScot is the "launch of the Scottish public attitudes to HIV report" with @markdiffley1 & @nathansparkling
Amazing to hear there were over 2000 responses to the survey!
And the fact that it was only completed in October is fantastic for keeping it up to date

First section was looking at awareness.
Over half the respondents initially said they thought they had good/very good knowledge of HIV.
Interesting to see the different percentages of people that believe different transmission methods of HIV.
