Ich frage mich, wie es sein konnte, dass erst jetzt so ein Gesetz auf den Weg gebracht wurde?!
Es ist doch nicht das 1. Mal, dass Sanktionen verhängt wurden?!? Wie konnte es sein, dass die Zustände & Zuständigkeits-Wirrwarr so viele Jahre vorher toleriert wurden?

Heute wurde der #FATF-Bericht zu Geldwäschebekämpfung in Deutschland veröffentlicht. Kurzum: Es hat sich zwar etwas getan, aber es müssen dringend die Ärmel hochgekrempelt werden. Was steht im Bericht und worum geht es? 👇🧵
Bei der #FATF geht es um ein internationales Geldwäschegremium, das die Mitgliedsländer auf Einhaltung von insg. 40 verschiedener Kriterien prüft. Vor 10 Jahren erhielt Deutschland eine Ohrfeige. Wie sieht es diemals aus?
Der Tenor ist sehr viel positiver. In den letzten 5 Jahren habe sich viel getan. Zeigt, nach der Veröffentlichung vor 10 Jahren geschah erstmal nichts. Erst nach den Panama Papers und entsprechender EU-Gesetzgebung wurde man hierzulande aktiv.

Ahead of the FATF Plenary and Working Group Meetings in Paris, analysts have said that Pakistan is likely to slip into the ‘black list’ of the global anti-terrorist financing and anti-money laundering watchdog for non-compliance.
Pakistan has been on the Paris-based FATF’s grey list for deficiencies in its counter-terror financing and anti-money laundering regimes since June 2018. This greylisting has adversely impacted its imports, exports, remittances, and limited access to international lending.

When the Non-Muslim Prime Minister of New Zealand recited Traditions of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) from Bukhari & Muslim (ref no 3) , the whole Muslim Ummah praised her but these very Traditions are conveniently ignored by Pakistani Muslims when they support Kharijites
