... The 2021 PHC instruments identified and coded sub-ethnic groups of major ethnic groups except the Ewe ethnic group which has no sub-ethnic codings in the enumeration instruments. They failed to account for sub-ethnic groups such as Anlo, Tongu, Vedome, Adaklu, Avenor, & Dakpa
... This renders the Population and Housing Census (PHC) instruments unfit and unacceptable for the 2021 census as it failed to accurately account for ethnic diversity as a national data collection instruments. There are various Ewe sub-ethnic groups that must be captured.

...deteriorating and a decision was made early afternoon to transfer the child to Accra. Calls were made to Korle Bu Teaching Hospital but they refused to accept the child that there was no bed. Calls were made to 37 Military Hospital and they agreed to take the child.....
...This was about 3pm. Then the next hurdle began. The National Ambulance Service was called to transport the child. Getting the Service was another issue entirely. After getting the service, they insisted that they cannot move the child until they got their own independent ....

When J. A Kuffuor left office, President Mills administration never touched it because it was not an NDC government who started it.
Instead he went and cut sod for a Medical Center at the University of Ghana, Legon. Fair enough because as the Nationā€™s premier university, they needed such a medical facility enhance their health, academic and research purposes.
