Visited few villages here where I have noticed building construction is done in a hurry but to fill it up with required assets no one cares! Sir,@drharshvardhan ji health of the nation is basically health of the village people. We have hospital big enough but no doctor! Pls look.

We have observed that about 51% of these projects are with no clear description, hence making monitoring very difficult.

After a series of budgetary analyses, and careful review of documents, @ptcij, through its @UdemeNG project determined that the way these sponsored projects are designed from the budget stage, through implementation, is mired in controversy with many unclear descriptions.
