How can everyone earn the first money in cryptocurrency without investment?

Today in my thread I have analyzed the easiest ways to make money for absolutely anyonE LFG!

#NFT #Crypto #Job #freelancers
1. Work as an ambassador

The essence is very simple and you almost do not need experience in crypto.
The essence of the work of an ambassador is to write articles and posts about the project that you support. For such actions, projects pay $200-500 monthly.
The main advantage is that you can be an ambassador in an unlimited number of projects. 10 projects = 2000$-5000$ per month. I have given below a link to an ambassador program where you can receive about $300 per month - fill it out and start earning: docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAI…

There are many types of #freelancers.

Thread
🧵1/10

Freelancing comes with more freedom with better & more free time spent where you want & whom you want. It does not have to be full freelancing; anything can help improve your life.

Worker types👇
🧵2/10
Full-time Employees

Their main revenue stream comes from 9-to-5 jobs, from which they can go away on holidays a few times a year. In many cases, they are affected by overtime (either paid or unpaid) and the extra time spent commuting.

They usually work in the same place.
🧵3/10
Occasional Freelancers

They are also mainly 9-to-5 workers, but they rarely accept one-time freelance jobs they see as temporary opportunities.

That only offers them a little freedom, but it can improve their lives through the extra revenue they get.

[THREAD] Dear @PattyMurray , I received an email from you today earnestly asking for input. You wrote "I can’t tell you how important your voice is to me. What I hear from folks like you in Washington state drives everything I do in the other Washington." So I wrote you back...1/
Unfortunately, my email was returned undeliverable. Strange, since you so desire to hear from the public. So I thought I'd copy my letter here.
Senator Murray:
I am a one-issue voter.
I live in California under the crushing oppression of #AB5, now a.k.a #AB2257. 2/
This law has made California independent solo business owners like me ( I am a marketing consultant, writer and illustrator) unable to earn a living as before, because our clients and prospects understandably fear misclassification fines. 3/

Dear @GavinNewsom I sit here realizing that you are spending every day, fighting to keep your job, and the career you’ve built. You are trying to make the case that you should keep your job, and that’s a pretty terrible feeling. 1/
The irony is not lost on me that in early 2020, I was one of thousands of California freelancers, calling your office and the offices of my assembly person and senator, asking for help to keep my own livelihood, one I’d worked to build over a period of years, harmed by #AB5 2/
I called daily, wrote letters, took meetings with lawmakers explaining my #smallbusiness And while I got some sympathetic listening, there was no action taken to help professionals like myself from being cast aside. Frustrating as heck. 3/

Social media can be a valuable asset for #freelancers especially if you can grow an audience.

Here are 7 tips to grow an audience on social media

////////// THREAD ///////////
Why would you want to do this?

Because why not? With an audience you get a following where you can learn, get connections, potential clients, and you have the opportunity to start multiple businesses like eCommerce, etc
A life hack is to get an audience before releasing a product
1. Find your niche.
It is best to focus on a unique niche, whether it be creating logos, or you want to post about cows doing back flips.
It is important to find a niche which you are interested in and know a lot about.

If you’re a freelancer or independent contractor, the #PROAct comes down to risk management. We have decent control over the risks in our business. Work hard, price right, diversify your clients/industries/skills and you’ll stay busy. 1/11

#NoPROAct #FightForFreelancers
But there are also exogenous risks. #Freelance clients disappear for a variety of reasons, many of them beyond our control. 2/11
Over the course of 22 years, I’ve lost biz to budget cuts, bankruptcies, PMs or editors who retired or moved to different companies, and full-time people hired to do the work I was doing as a #freelancer. Stuff happens. 3/11

$10k Websites vs $100 Websites.

Thread.
Had a few people ask me about this recently, so I'm taking a moment to break it down in a thread.

"How can anyone justify charging $10k for a website?"

A $10k website vs a $100 website are two vastly different products, but built with the same mechanism... Let me explain.
A $100 website is built by a person who knows how to build a website.

A $10k website is built by a person who knows how to solve business problems using a website.

Same mechanism, different results.

It's a Toyota vs a Lamborghini. Both are cars, but solve different problems.

Well, I'm not sure what algorithms you've been seeing these past few days, but aren't you a lovely bunch! 🥰

A thread ... enjoy!
First of all, thank you to everyone who's reached out recently asking how you can support creative #freelancers like me with everything we've been doing in Lockdown. It will come as no surprise to hear it's been a crap year, but there have been moments of light that have helped.
Naturally live comedy is currently not an option, so pretty much everything went online. Somehow, most of my work now seems to be for children (but more on that shortly). In the meantime, @HYOC2020 have some great ways to support those in the cultural & creative world.

Hot take:

Most freelancers should be using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find new clients/partnerships instead.

It's 100% worth the $80/month.

Here's how:
#1: Find new guest post opportunities

- Search for editors, content marketers, and SEOs, saving to a list as you go.

- Follow them on Twitter, connect on LinkedIn, and make note of the kind of content they create.

- After some time, follow up with your pitch
#2: Send personalized cold emails to potential clients

- Create a targeted search on Sales Nav (“Head of Content” at “Computer Software” companies with “less than 50 employees” in “California”).

- Export their email addresses

- Make a personalized, compelling pitch

i don't get stressed easily but this is causing me so much stress.😭 the PRO act threatens people like myself who want to be full-time freelancers. i chose this path because i wanted more freedom in my life. i don't want that taken away! #FightForFreelancers #noproact #freelancer
i really hope the PRO act either doesn't pass or is amended. i'm so upset and scared right now. i don't want to be an employee. i am trying to move away from that. i chose to be independent. #FightForFreelancers #noproact #freelancer #freelancers #proact thehill.com/opinion/financ…

Thread by @JessicaMeigs (THANK YOU THANK YOU!)

➡️ Hey #entrepreneurs, #TwitterMarketing, and ANYONE who is #selfemployed

‼️EVERYONE should know this information that's being buried in the news cycle:

‼️The PRO Act, or HR 842‼️👎

...…📵🔊 threadreaderapp.com/thread/1366805…
The voting date is scheduled for 03/08! (aka THIS Monday!)

🚨Remember the heavily OPPOSED smack-down that #California imposed on millions of #independentcontractors?

That they are ‼️STILL‼️ fighting? The law that says you cannot even do #Rideshare unless @uber, @lyft, @Grubhub
... EMPLOY you as an official employee of the company. 😱

Even IF they could afford to do that (and these companies have ALREADY said they CANNOT,) you could not:

🔸set your own schedule
🔸where you want to work
🔸or any other #sidehustle - GONE

Not sure if you’re in this 📦?

Tips for #CodeNewbies and #freelancers:

Seeing a lot of very similar #webdev portfolio sites

As someone who has freelanced for over 15 years and hired dozens of developers here are 5 tips to help your portfolio website stand out

A 🧵

#100DaysOfCode please RT
1⃣ A strong call to action

A lot of sites start with:
Hi, I am so and so and im a Dev

Their first thought will be, "good for you" LOL

You need to focus on value and how you'll solve a business problem.
Lead them to your portfolio and/or a way to contact you easily
2⃣ Focus on results and value

Focus on results and how you solved business problems

You're not trying to impress your dev friends, you're trying to win clients, generate leads, or land that first dev job

In the spirit of helping #freelancers: I’ll share some process stuff. I get asked a lot about structure and the actual writing bit. 1/7
While I’m reporting, I’ll make index cards for each ‘scene’ or section as they arise. I arrange these in a 3 (or 5!) act structure, if apt. Little circle stickers are ‘action,’ ‘twist,’ or major plot points. 2/7
Only once I’m happy with structure, I’ll add a word count to each section and add to my Google doc I call a ‘timeline’. That’s my timeline for writing. I’ll try and write a section or two each day. 3/7

Day 3 of our #WorldPressFreedomDay series on the working lives of #freelancers worldwide - today we're sharing insights from freelance investigative journalist Mabvuto Banda, who lives and works in Malawi. Follow this thread across the day to hear about his experiences
The climate for journalists in #Malawi has improved over the last 15 years. Nonetheless Mabvuto has been arrested on numerous occasions during his twenty-year career in #journalism. In Malawi, a law still provides for the imprisonment of anyone who 'insults' the head of state.
Mabvuto said of the photo above: “This is me with reporters in the #newsroom. We were working on a story about the growing calls within the ruling party to push the current President to stand down." [1/2]

For the second day of our #WPFD18 series exploring behind the scenes of freelancers at work in regions across the world, we'll be sharing insights from freelance photographer César Rodríguez in Mexico - a country that ranks 147th of 180 on @RSF_inter's World Press Freedom Index
Freelancer César Rodríguez was born in the western Mexican state of Nayarit, where he took this photo: “This was in a living room in a house in Tepic, Nayarit, where a clash between armed civilians and the navy took place." [1/2]
"At least five people died, and it’s believed that other armed civilians escaped. I chose this image because when I see it, it reminds me of places where people are at war – "official" wars – and it reminds me that here in #Mexico we have our own war as well.” [2/2]
