Asides from dealing with exhaustion from increased work load, the frontline workers also experience:
➡️ Adverse skin problems resulting from wearing the PPE— face masks, goggles, face shields, gloves for long hours— skin problems like Acne, irritation, infection...

Found this on Facebook❤️This week, teachers across the country will go into schools where they will interact with children of #FrontLineHeroes , who are highly exposed to COVID-19. They will not be given face masks or protective clothing, probably won't even be given hand gel.
They won't get free coffee, half price pizza, or special shopping hours. They will perform their jobs in ways they have never done before and they will do it with a smile on their faces, so that the children in their care don't know how scared they are: scared for those children
scared for their own; scared of being responsible for taking the virus home to loved ones. Thank you to all Teachers, Teaching Assistants & anyone else heading into a school this week to keep it running so that our #NHS & carers can take care of the sick and the vulnerable

3/A majority of our #EssentialWorkers, our #FrontLineHeroes, come from minority communities; these are the individuals putting themselves at risk to do the invisible work without which our society would collapse. @JoiaMukherjee #COVID19
Going into the #EasterWeekend our #FrontlineHeroes are making personal sacrifices to help ensure our lives can carry on. We must help them, stay home, protect our NHS and save lives and then many more people will be able to celebrate many more Easters to come #StayHomeSaveLives
I also wanted to address reports I have been given £10,000 to work from home. This is not true. Some money has been made available to purchase office & computer equipment so my staff can deal with an unprecedented levels of casework quickly, safely & effectively from home.
I estimate I'll spend about about £1000 in total across six staff & me. Everything will be subject to receipts & reporting.
These are extraordinary times, and we’ve seen Saskatchewan people step up in extraordinary ways.

I’ve always been proud of my brother for his commitment and dedication to science and medicine. It had shown through his work over the years of training, lab research and in the operating room. But I’ve never been prouder of him & ironically more worried for him than these days
He is just one of the thousands of doctors, surgeons, nurses and others fighting on the frontlines, operating on patients, saving lives and curing the sick. So to all of those - regardless of where you are in our healthcare system - working long hours in hospitals
