.@NYGovCuomo proposes to increase funding for all 22 #SUNY state-run campuses by $32 million. This is a drop in a very large and empty bucket. Operating costs are growing due to our recent (well-deserved) contract, and Cuomo doesn't want to pay them. What's the result? 
Budget cuts and overworked employees at each campus. Take SUNY New Paltz, which faces a $4.5 million budget deficit. @NYGovCuomo's refusal to #FundSUNYNow will mean that faculty and staff will be stretched to the limit as they work to serve students. recordonline.com/opinion/201812…
