I have a ton I want to talk about like APC's without Level 4 armour which is a fucking disgrace, issues around air and sea control, new artillery i.e. getting rid of the 25-pdr which is older than your grandparents, the jets and long range transports, not to mention the cyberz
But realistically, I can't form good opinions on a document of such depth in just the first 6 hours of it's publication...

Regardless of where you stand on any political, military or personnel issue in the @IRLCoDF report the major takeaway should be taken from Recommendation 11 on page XV of the Executive Summary that in fancy Gov speak translates as

The naval service has 9 ships of which 2 are permanently tied up. 2 are undergoing maintenance etc and struggling to crew the remaining 5. As the primary sea going agency of the state the crews get less per day than any other sea going agency. What is the mission? #fundthedf
