I do like talks on biases within systems, it's something I have to be careful with. Though there have been many good talks so far, this was probably my favourite #GOTOcph
"SAFe is a popular framework in agile because it's very prescriptive, hiearchical and just fits in with the organisation. SAFe is not a bottleneck for agile but a lot of people stumble because not enough teams use scrum" ... hmmm #GOTOcph
30 minutes into this SAFe presentation. Lots of discussion on the importance of documentation, voting on features the teams would like to build along with roles and hierachy. At no single point has user or user needs be mentioned. Hmmm. #GOTOcph
