Tells Health Secretary that govt affdavit is hiding information fm court of law. Affidavit isn't worthy consideration even for a Munsif Court and here you are presenting a High Court with rosy lies. You may be doing this to please your political masters but Court is not sarisfied
High Court directions to ramp up Health Infra in the State as far back as 2018 still not complied. State is lucky that it has escaped contempt so far. Please don't test our patience, Court will holdyou accountable now on. You can be tried for contempt.

Accused will approach higher court, get stay on summons, and will drag the case. These cases can potentially dragged on for decades, ex: Jayalalitha - Disproportionate Asset Case - 22yrs.( 6 yrs on Translation of chargesheet)
None of the cases of corruption during UPA era, has even started in the lower court. Everytime there is summons, the accused will go and file some vague reason to stall, courts will accept and adjourning hearing for months together. What has happened to 2G case appeal ?,

2/7 The UN says that $340m has been disbursed to #Lebanon since Aug. but only tracks $154.9m on its system, which covers only aid channeled thru UN agencies. The French-led aid initiative meanwhile defers to UN for tracking & hasn’t broken down what each donor country has given.

The study notes global transport sector emits now 8 Gt of C02, but if we want to reach 2°C target, emissions should be reduced to 4.7 Gt and 2Gt for 1.5°C. Big challenge as under current trends we are approaching 12 Gt by 2050.

Islamophobes across the globe will soon fan the embers of this skewed conclusion as mired in political schemes in no time. The current admin has shown the dearth of intelligence in handling this kind of volatile issue because of their over concentration on Regime Security.
The ruling political party is not helping matters as well as positioned against the people. But something has to be done urgently about the divisive narratives making the rounds. The truth remains our greatest weapon in times of crisis if we truly love our country.
