@ward5leanne @CNRailway @CamGuthrie @LloydLongfield @MikeSchreiner @PhilAlltWard3 Right?? Just rude. believe me, they do the same thing everytime I complain 1) send me a canned *call this 1800 or email xyz* & nothing happens, 2) they 'talk to mayor, MPP, Lloyd, & someone says 'we'll look into it' = 0 action, 3) they wait it out, 4) do it again. They don't care
@ward5leanne @CNRailway @CamGuthrie @LloydLongfield @MikeSchreiner @PhilAlltWard3 If we do something extreme like stand on the tracks at 4am & get media involved, they buy the mayor coffee, send large CN police thugs to talk, give city $$ & chastise us for having kids out with us who weren't EVER on the tracks. SO CN DARVOs & gaslights, call us unfit parents.
@ward5leanne @CNRailway @CamGuthrie @LloydLongfield @MikeSchreiner @PhilAlltWard3 And WHY are kids up at 5am with their parents complaining to an idling STOPPED CN engine??? Because they were blasting their horns repeatedly in the middle of the night. But still CN personnel talk to me about endangering kids. Like just this past Xmas.

Is it safe to say so much of what we have come to love (and hate) about Ontario will be forever changed on Thursday night?
As a Dad of young children, & teacher, I'm struggling with what a PC majority might mean for school communities, the environment, and our health care system.
I have knocked on doors, made phone calls and talked with friends and neighbours. I am voting with a few on Thursday in order to help get out the vote, but I'm afraid it won't be enough.
At this time, I really think the only chance we have of stopping Ford and his PCs is to swallow our preferred party pride, check our hearts, and vote for the candidate most likely to defeat the PC candidate, riding by riding.

Oh hi there #Guelph, I am back after a week off. I am still catching up on things, but it is safe to say that #COVID19 cases are beginning to ramp back up again.

5 years ago during one of the world's worst refugee crisis, 🇨🇦 stepped up to resettle 73K Syrian refugees.

This didn't happen by itself, it took leadership👇🏾

Thread:
Our Govt did not accomplish this on our own, it was only made possible b/c of the generosity of Canadians in 350+ communities. 🇨🇦

They opened their homes & hearts from Cape Breton, to Montreal, to Mississauga, to Altona, to Calgary, to Kelowna. We saw the country step up. 👏🏾
I will never forget the young girl who broke down and embraced me in #Saskatoon at a summer camp, hosted by the International Women of Saskatoon, who told me she finally felt safe in her new home.
