It's a product of both love & expertise. Bill incorporated concerted response that makes use of most recent developments in prevention & treatment in medical & health science. It also gathered all stakeholders’ input, especially communities that are at forefront.
The youth will benefit greatly from the bill’s passage into law. HIV education in academic institutions & workplaces will be implemented as part of the law. Voluntary HIV testing & the delivery of non-discriminatory HIV-AIDS medical services shall be the policy of the state.
