@JCQDSE @SOSParis @SPPEF Plus intéressant pour des propriétaires de vendre leur propriété en tant que "terrain" (+maison à démolir) que vendre la "Maison" (+ terrain).
Surtout en centre-ville/hyper centre-ville où les PROPRIETAIRES (la ville ne fait rien, contre/pour!) acceptent alors de vendre...
