If I had a ton of money (~$100+ million) to start a company and solve a problem, I'd probably go for something in healthcare of course (my passion).

I have so many thoughts on #healthcaretech but I think two major solutions that would benefit the industry are:
1. truly decentralized patient record. So many inefficiencies in the system come down to communicating and reconciling a patient's data. Ends up in a terrible experience, high costs, and overworked folks.

All up dates need to be real-time, accessible, and secure.
issues surrounding data reconciliation will occur, but I think providers and HIM professionals would be more than happy to find systems to resolve potential conflicts.
