Unlike many bots, @JeffFrankMAGA has a daily break in its schedule that could be mistaken for sleep. The use of a custom app ("Franks 2000 Inch TV") indicates the account is likely automated, however, and there's one more thing. . .
Nearly all of @JeffFrankMAGA's tweets were sent within the first three seconds of whatever minute they were sent in. The automation software likely tweets at the beginning of the minute, with a 0-3 second delay as a result of varying network latency.
