Having pursued engineering psychology research on #HumanityCentredDesign for quite a few years now, I'm glad to see this field slowly picking up steam. I think Donal Norman's (@jnd1er) book on "Design for a Better World" coming out in 2023 will be quite a game changer here. 🧵
@jnd1er Personally, my research in the field started back in 2008 and was first published back in 2011 in 'Applied Psychology' @iaapsy on resource regulation in electric vehicle drivers and their experience of 'limited' range.

@jnd1er @iaapsy One of the early paper projects I really liked (yet - only published as chapter in book edited by @LisaDorn*) was a perspective on how electric mobility systems could be optimized towards max effect on sustainable development.
