Great that so many people ‘liked’ my earlier tweet about need to create meaningful spaces for refugees to contribute to events about their lives, experiences and aspirations, including @iasfm18 but seriously folks, we need to raise funds to make that happen so please contribute
Here’s the link again to support the #IASFM18 fundraising effort. You don’t need to give much but it’s important we walk the talk. That means we need to pay for food and travel for refugees living in difficult circumstances to be able to participate justgiving.com/crowdfunding/v…
Without these resources we literally can’t support people’s #IASFM18 preparations or get buses to the conference venue. This is a necessity not a luxury. So please, help make this happen. A flurry of initial interest needs to become sustained support #NothingAboutUsWithoutUs
