Let me explain the steps to an #IIA op using this guy as a tangible example. Image
1) There is a staged incident facilitated by a “player”

2) A photog / journalist is in position to document the incident. Like a illusionist showing only certain "facts."

3) An editor of a respected news source is asked by a third party to prominently published story / picture
4) Harvested Social Media (SM) data from a specific population is analyzed to determine which blue checks to use to push the story or pictures. The software can also determine the emotional weaknesses or unconscious biases of the population*
