Per House Rules Comm: 6 hours of debate ('equally divided & controlled by the HJC Chair & Ranking member') prior to the full House floor vote to Impeach Trump tomorrow. The debate will commence at 9am.

2-Under the rules, the Judiciary Committee will determine which member speaks during the debate. The rules also allow for a resolution appointing impeachment managers to be introduced tomorrow during the floor debate.
3-The Committee voted down an amendment from Ranking Member Cole (R-Ok) that would have allowed for 12 hours of debate. Dems also voted down an amendment that could have allowed GOP to delay the proceedings by introducing procedural amendments.
