1º - Para quem opta por fazer a declaração pré-preenchida, neste ano ela contará com mais informações, facilitando o processo de declaração de imposto, pois minimiza erros e omissões. Além disso, quem optar por essa modalidade terá prioridade na hora de receber a restituição.
2º - No ano passado, todos investidores eram obrigados a declarar. Porém, neste ano, só precisarão declarar as pessoas que tiverem totalizado mais de R$ 40 mil no ano anterior...

The IR talks about ‘creation of dependencies’ (an explicit aim of the CCP). In 2020 @dominicraab commissioned Project Defend to address dependency. It was quietly dropped in 2022. Nobody knows why. The IR doesn’t reinstate it, doesn’t even hint towards it.
