Hornbills& Pakke forests -is a beautiful topic - thread to understand the species recovery. The video shows d diversity of just one species in this forest alone. Credits in last tweet
Hornbills are called Farmers of the forests, as they are fruigivorous (eats fruit mostly). This video shows the intimate bonding between the pair and their care in raising young ones. A must watch video to take lessons on couple goals and parenting. 2+
Anything beautiful in nature has its own threat. Same applies to Hornbills. They were badly hunted for their bills. Even today, if not at Pakke, this poaching is threatening their existence. World market demands are driving these beautiful endangered species towards extinction 3+

TREES
IT’S BENEFIT TO MOTHER EARTH

Can we all recall when we were young and our parents would tell us that if we swallowed the seeds from our fruits especially orange, it would grow in our stomachs and protrude through our head as trees, ... Image
we would then start crying, mehn those days we could believe anything.

Are trees really important to the environment, do we need to plant more trees and avoid cutting it down, apart from the fact that it helps us with the air we breathe?. The answer is a big YES. ...
