PM recalled meeting a friend of India,Hiroshi Koike in Japan.

His Mahabharata project that has been going on for 9 years &performed in 9 countries including India,Cambodia &Indonesia. It has involved performers from Indonesia, Thailand,Malaysia &Japan.

PM also narrated his meeting with Atsushi Matsuo-ji and Kenji Yoshi-ji of TEM in Japan.

Their much acclaimed 1993 animation film on Ramayana is now being re-mastered in 4K.

•Aparigraha -non-greed/ non-hoarding
2) NIYAMA – Positive duties or observances refers to duties directed towards ourselves,

5 Niyamas: 
•saucha -cleanliness
•santosha -contentment),

There are three main types of yoga for liberation-
1. Karma yoga- yoga of action
2. Bhakti yoga- yoga of devotion
3. Jnana yoga- path of knowledge
4. Raja yoga- control on mind
Karma yoga- karma yoga means to work in krishna consciousness, in the full bliss and knowledge of devotional service. One who works for the satisfaction of lord finds himself always in the transcidental bliss. Karma yoga is also known as buddhi yoga.
