Sen. Bato Dela Rosa said that those who are against the anti-terror bill becoming law have only themselves to blame if it does not become law and they become victims of terrorism. 
Rather than chastise a woke citizenry defending their democracy, Dela Rosa’s statement is actually an indictment of the State’s security forces, one half of which he led for a good 2 years into the Duterte administration.
He is actually saying that the PNP and AFP are useless in stopping terrorism inspite of an already existing law, the Human Security Act.
Regardless of your stand on the Anti-Terror Bill (ATB), these are the things which I feel are imperative for all of our citizens to know and understand, especially now that the bill is poised to become law. #JunkTerrorBillNow #AntiTerrorBill
I personally disagree with many of the provisions and the omissions in the bill, the reasons for which will be evident when you realize the magnitude of the implications that can be drawn and the consequences that will result from the implementation of this legislative measure.
Lawmakers who push for the passage of the #AntiTerrorBill say that the Financial Action Task Force requires a more stringent law on money laundering & terrorist financing to be passed by October 2020. Otherwise, there will be adverse economic consequences for the country.

I’ve been asked to weigh in on the explosion of dummy accounts on Philippines Facebook especially in the wake of #JunkTerrorBillNow. Having tracked the evolution of disinfo campaigns since 2016, this is alarming as it represents a *break* from previous strategy. 1/8
Our recent NATO Stratcom study highlighted that in 2019 there was little evidence of automated influence; instead the strategies were 1) using micro-influencers and infiltrators of closed groups to manually seed narratives and 2) doubling-down on DDS-vs-dilawan rhetoric. 2/8
to me the use of automated "cheapfakes" raise the primary question of how this was actually done before we speculate on why this was done. I would begin by asking Facebook and cybersecurity investigators: 1) To what extent is this automated or manually operated? 3/8

There are troll groups that pose as pro-people but will spam the use of a mistyped hashtag in order to remove the original hashtag from trending. This is usually done at non-peak hours so they can dominate and trend.
With the misspelled hashtag being the one people generally use at that time even people with legit calls who use twitter's autofill will unknowingly use the misspelled one.
