Unclear as to what the government is attempting to achieve.
If the Indian govt doesn’t wish to avail the appeal for their own citizen, even after approaching the @ICJ_org, it is not Pakistan’s problem.

If the #IK led govt wishes to pardon a spy, responsible for hundreds of deaths and kidnappings in Pakistan, they should really stop beating the #PPP over #uzairbaloch, being that he also took funds and direction from #KJ.
But if they choose to take this decision, they should resign for embarrassing #Pakistan internationally.
