In this case study, We would look at Nanjangud, a small town in the banks of #Kabini river in #Karnataka
Like #MahalaxmiExpress case, Kabini takes a sharp bend n a highway is present in flood plains

It's unfortunate about some of the comments here talk about the comparison with 2018 n leaving the focus on the issue in hand.
The total storage in the Karnataka dams is the 2nd lowest in the last 9 years. Please note that demand has increased in the same time period!
