Foreigners indulging in Hindutva-related political activities in India:

It has been noticed that several foreign nationals of Indian origin have been informally employed by the ruling BJP to disseminate propaganda and hate speech online. Some of these are OCI card holders (1/10)
Clause 15 of Indian Immigration Guidelines states:

“For foreign nationals granted any type of visa & OCI cardholders: There will be no restriction in visiting religious places and attending normal religious activities like attending religious discourses...(2/10)
“However, preaching religious ideologies, making speeches in religious places, distribution of audio or visual display/ pamphlets pertaining to religious ideologies, spreading conversion etc. will not be allowed.”

During the Ashok Regime, Buddhists moved to Kashmir, and except for Brahmins, other orders and classes started to blur. Women in Kashmir were held in high regard, unseen in other communities, least in Islam. (1/n)

I don't understand:
1. The problem in Kashmir was proxy warfare by Pakistan. Left to themselves, a majority of valley resident would have opted to remain with India. How does making J&K as UT resolve the issue?

2. As a bonafide HP resident, I would be outraged if outsiders were allowed to buy land in the state on the pretext of accelerating economic development. Why should a valley resident not be similarly outraged?

3. How does treating the constitutions like toilet paper using legal gymnastic solve the Kashmir problem? As a citizen without clout or money, can I now honestly claim that citizen rights are protected through our laws and constitution?
