1. Good news--young Ravi Sharma won major victory against senior adv G.Subramaniam in SC by getting permission to move High Court on behalf of three student witnesses in #KathuaCase who were being tortured, threatened & coerced into reversing their testimony before Magistrate. 
2. Ravi moved SC on behalf of 3 witnesses who were being subjected to violence,threats of harm by J&K police to coerce them to change testimony tgiven b4 magistrate that Vishal was present in Meerut 4 exam & not in Kathua to "satisfy his lust' as per #FalseNarrative of Mehbooba
3. SC took assurance from counsel for J&K that the witnesses will not be treated as accused. Subramaniam wanted case dismissed or tried in Pathankot. Ravi had to remind him petition about police atrocities can't be heard in trial court. SC allowed permission to approach HC.
