I am asked a lot about equality of access to Hospice and Palliative Care so have gathered a few top tips if you and your service are SERIOUS about improving access...
Start at home
Look at your service, examine your referral data, look at ethnicity, diagnosis, gender, sexuality.
Do you collect it?
Do you review it?
Do you ask the right questions?
Is it reflective of your population?
Ask people about your referral process- really listen and be ready to act
How easy is it?
Do referrers know how to refer for what when?
Can they speak to you?
Who do you say no to?
Why?
Do you audit that?
Does your referral criteria regularly exclude certain people?

Today ISBE hosted six tele-town halls with superintendents, regional superintendents, and other educational leaders across the state. More than 1,200 called in – and ISBE is so grateful to have had the opportunity to connect.
ISBE would like to restate that the statewide mandatory school closure begins March 17 and extends through at least March 30. All of the days during this initial closure March 17-30 will be considered Act of God Days and will not be made up.
ISBE is encouraging all school districts to provide learning opportunities to all students, through whatever means possible. Student work during this time should not be graded, as these days are not Instructional Days. #KeepLearning at isbe.net/keeplearning.

There were some days when I wasn't learning anything,I was not satisfied with the way life was going on,then I heard about most challenging certificate in security #OSCP.I read more than 100 reviews of it and everyone was calling it as tough and requires "TRY HARDER" attitude.
I registered 4 it because I want huge kick on my ass.On first day,I don't even know abt port scanning.Yes,I was ok/somewhat good in linux but never went deep into topics which can be used in exploitation, never knew in my life that gathering info is having significant importance.
I see so many people even with experience doesn't pass OSCP on their first attempt so when I was starting my journey I knew it is going to be hell amount of tough for me. But,today I am #OSCP certified and that too on my first attempt. Journey doesn't stop here,it actually starts

As some of you following know, I've led this thing on Tuesday nights called "Toast & Tech" for about 3 years, nominally under the organization at .@GDImpls , the Minneapolis chapter of .@girldevelopit 1/
I have left that organization, but I want to leave behind something for those involved in T&T, and for those looking to make a space for learning that it inclusive 2/
The Tenants of Toast and Tech:
- make EVERYONE welcome, enthusiastically
- make ALL questions welcome, enthusiastically
- everyone is learning, everyone is teaching
- there is no single path, there are as many paths as people attending, as many paths as needed
