YES, except the relief line will take 10+ years to build.

What we need now is express buses in bus only lanes the entire length of Yonge Street to add more capacity to the Yonge corridor.
Waiting 10+ years is just continuing to cater to a horrible culture of not doing anything that could inconvenience car drivers in the least.
Waiting for a subway is ignoring the fact that demand is outstripping transit supply on Yonge.

We're continuing to build condos along the Yonge corridor. All those new residents are NOT going to use a relief line in the east end.
