Fake Covid-19 Certificates have been recovered by DCI detectives following the arrest of 33 years old Edward Okuku Alando and 32 years old Yahya Ismael Sian in Busia County today.

Additional items that include a computer and a scanner believed to have been used in running the fake Covid-19 testing center were also recovered and have been retained as exhibits.
The two suspects are in lawful custody awaiting arraignment as search for a third individual namely Mark Ouma, believed to be the Mastermind behind the syndicate continues.

And when you’re far from your charger, public charging kiosks can seem like a good substitute. However, this can lead to juice jacking of your smartphone. If this is news to you then let’s find out what juice jacking is and how you can avoid it.
The attack can be as simple as an invasion of privacy, wherein your phone pairs with a computer concealed within the charging kiosk and information such as private photos and contact information are transferred to a malicious device.

These campaigns have been found to use malicious Microsoft Word Documents, Visual Basic Scripts, 7 - zip Compressed files, Javascript and Microsoft Executables to penetrate networks for purposes of exploitation, advanced persistent attacks and data exfiltration.

Earlier today we launched new Public Sanitization Booths at Kencom, Kibra & Buruburu in our enhanced efforts to keep Nairobi safe from COVID-19. This 1st batch is part of the first fifty booths that arrived yesterday to be installed in various open & public spaces across the City
We're using ultra-modern thermal thermometers to check the temperature of residents. Installation continues tonight including the informal settlements and the arrival of the other 150 booths currently under production will ensure that the entire city is covered
These new machines come to boost our ongoing efforts to disinfect and fumigate the city, using the chemicals that have been recommended by @WHO, to flatten the curve.

HE the President on 16th March 2020 requested that all ethanol held under any offences in the country be released to the Kenya Pipiline Company (KPC) for manufacturing sanitizers for free distribution to the public to fight #COVID19 pandemic.
