This resort situated near to Mallalli falls of Kumaradhara river. This resort sit near the shore of Kumaradhara tributary near Pushpagiri peak. Kumaradharais a tributary of Nethravathy that joins sea near southern Kudla (Mangalore) 
I am not blaming Karnataka alone. it is happening everywhere, in Himachal, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra..etc. Nobody knows how resorts get a permission inside deep jungles, protested forest, wildlife sanctuaries..etc, that too owned by non tribal/local.
