what we eat is basically "We want right to beef" - sorry but that is always going to be a problem. In states like Tharoor's KL you can eat ,but cant insist you that as a right all over.

Does govt really interfere here? I guess this is probably codespeak for society restrictions on Garba dance etc where some stags arent allowed. That is private right to association. @barbarindian can you think of anything else?
