First Half Almeria were very good started positively being brave on the ball in build up using it well with good energy responded strongly to going 0-1 down putting Atleti under a lot of pressure especially the player who is on the ball it doesn’t matter who playing high up the..

3 fantastic goals on an afternoon that was important in the relegation battle as Espanyol deservedly got 3 massive points.
First Half Getafe started quite well but conceded an unbelievable strike from Joselu.

Then they scored an equaliser a couple of minutes later just as good if not better than Joselu when Vidal pass was intercepted after a good press from Portu Enes Unal gets the ball & shoots from a tight angle went into the top far corner.
The game when fairly open lots of battles in midfield fighting for second balls no team really had control of the game through possession they both struggled to sustain attacks Getafe did it slightly better than Espanyol in the ball was in the middle a lot & it was end to end.

Fantastic entertaining #BasqueDerby was settled by brilliant play & goals by Sorloth, Kubo & the returning Oyarzabal. Athletic played their part but LaReal just had a bit more quality on the day.

First Half LaReal played really well at a high & intense tempo particularly in midfield with their pressing being very good & the passing as to be expected was very good especially from Merino, Silva & Kubo because those 3 were fantastic at finding space not just….

Created a couple good chances Oliveira’s shot from just outside the box was the best that forced Dimitrievski into a good save but apart from that Getafe didn’t really create anything they lacked quality & better decision making on the ball when attacking we saw very little from.
the 2 strikers Unal & Mayoral weren’t involved at all as but also very importantly Getafe struggled to get the ball to them in positions to hurt Rayo.
Rayo were good defensively as well but found it difficult as expected to break Getafe down because of how well organised they are
