The first season of #LandmarkCases was fantastic, its deep dives into some of the most interesting and consequential Supreme Court decisions in US history. Can't wait to watch season two!
I'm guessing #LandmarkCases will not include the largely overlooked yet historic cases that extended our most fundamental rights to business corporations such as Bank of US v. Derveaux (1809), Santa Clara County v. SPRR* (1886), Hale v. Henkel (1906).
Fortunately, I know where you can find out all about the corporate rights cases....
