How can early stage public companies allocate their marketing budgets for success?

A modo de esquema, nos plantean cuáles son los 3 "ingredientes" para escalar la captación de leads sin renunciar a la calidad:

1⃣ Definir valores a cada paso
2⃣ Importar 1st party data a #GoogleAds
3⃣ Activar smart bidding
1⃣ Definir valores de conversión offline

La principal dificultad está en definir el embudo y saber qué valor tiene cada paso.

Debemos identificar los distintos estados del lead y, en base a los ratios de conversión de un estado a otro, dar el valor proporcional al LTV.
