This is Dr. Charles Leiber. He is chair of Harvard University's Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology. #Leiber and two other individuals were arrested in late January for conspiring to transfer biological material and research to China. 1/ 
Leiber had been allegedly recieving 50k per month from the Chinese government for his services. Along with another 1.5mil for helping to establish a landing research facility for the stolen materials in none other than the city of #Wuhan. 2/
One of the other two individuals was arrested at the airport attempting to board a plane bound for China. On his person were 21 vials of "biological material" whose contents are currently unknown. 3/
