Daripada sekolah ke universiti, pastu masuk alam kerja pulak.
Perubahan fasa yang banyak dalam masa singkat, tambah pula tekanan dan expectation oleh ibu bapa,
Ramai yang memilih untuk bottled up dan sampai memudaratkan.

Since growing up as a child I was always lead to believe I had "behavioral problems" I could never settle at school and found my temper on a rather short fuse, this resulted in me not doing too well at school and..
carrying over in to adult life I have worked in just about every industry you can think of however never been able to hold a job down until 2016 when I suffered a mental breakdown due to the pressures of life, I was placed under a section 2 in a Mental Health Institute.
It was here where I was FINALLY diagnosed after 20+ years of mental torment. My diagnosis? Depression, Psychosis and Anxiety, I have been on the road to recovery ever since and dramatically improved with a lot of help, HOWEVER ....
