I have since found that Eat-Fast or Eat-Fast-Fast day sequences are more effective than long fasts (>3 days). Energy/work capacity doesn't plummet like in the latter, still enough time to enter hard ketosis but not enough to go into conservation mode. #LockdownTips
Important psychological: One day fast not enough to start fantasizing about food, but enough to start appreciating it more - this increases incentive to create nice meals, but not to the extent there's a desire to binge after the fast.
So culinary quality on an alternate day fast goes up - but you still spend far less time cooking in total (as you're fasting every other day). Made one of my best curries ever a few days ago; also pictured - coffee steak unz.com/akarlin/coffee…; mushrooms in spiced alfredo sauce.
